Whole wheat breakfast muffins.


Another topic: I made the best muffins yesterday. Whole wheat berry, banana and walnut.
  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Agave
  • 1/2 cup sugar in the raw
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
Cook at 350 for about 20 mins.
